Travvy ReconPrivacy Policy
This policy explains what information Travvy Suite ("we", "us") collects when you use Travvy Recon at travvysuite.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
- Account details you give us when you register: agency name, your name, email address and WhatsApp number, and a password (stored only as a secure hash).
- Files you upload: ledgers, supplier statements and bank statements, and the reconciliation results we produce from them.
- Usage records: an activity log of logins, uploads and reconciliation runs for your agency.
- Technical data sent by your browser, such as IP address, browser type, device type and the pages you visit, collected through server logs, Google Analytics and Google AdSense.
2. How we use information
- To run the service: parse your files, reconcile them and show you the results.
- To manage your account, plan limits and team members, and to contact you about your account.
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
- To show advertising on the Free plan.
We do not sell your personal information, and we never share your uploaded ledgers or results with other agencies or advertisers.
3. Cookies and advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies. Some are needed to keep you signed in. Others come from third parties:
- Google Analytics uses cookies to measure how visitors use the site. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
- Google AdSense: third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising at www.aboutads.info. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies; if you block all cookies you will not be able to sign in.
4. Who we share information with
- Service providers that help us run the site, such as our hosting provider, only as needed to provide the service.
- Google, for analytics and advertising as described above.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
5. How we protect and keep data
Data is sent over HTTPS. Each agency's records are isolated at the database level with row-level security. We keep your account and reconciliation history while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and its uploads at any time, and we will do so within 30 days, except where we must keep records by law.
6. Your choices
You can update your profile in the app, change your password, and ask us for a copy of your data or for it to be deleted by writing to support@travvysuite.com.
7. Children
Travvy Recon is a business tool for travel agencies and is not meant for anyone under 18.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
