Travvy ReconTerms of Service
These terms govern your use of Travvy Recon at travvysuite.com, provided by Travvy Suite. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
1. Accounts
You must give accurate details when you register and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your agency's account, including actions by team members you invite. We may approve, suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
2. Plans and payment
The Free plan includes one user and five reconciliations per day and shows ads. The Professional plan costs 500 PKR per month and includes up to ten users, unlimited reconciliations and no ads. We may change prices with notice on this site; changes apply from your next billing period.
3. Your data
You keep ownership of the files you upload and the results. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you. You confirm you have the right to upload them. See our Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not upload files you have no right to use, or files containing malware.
- Do not try to access another agency's data or interfere with the service.
- Do not resell or copy the service without our written permission.
5. Accuracy of results
Travvy Recon reads reports automatically and highlights differences to help your accounts team. Reports from suppliers and software can change format, so you should review results before you rely on them for payments, claims or tax filings. The service does not replace professional accounting advice.
6. Availability
We work to keep the service running but do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or add features over time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Travvy Suite is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
8. Ending your account
You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end accounts that break these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
